Refund/Exchanges
Unfortunately we have a "No Refund and Exchange policy". All sales are final. Please carefully read description of all items before making your final purchase.
Damages and issues
The only exception that may be offered an exchange for the same exact item is defective/damaged item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Defective/Damaged item will be carefully examined and customer will be notified if item is entitled to an exchange. Customers must contact us at respectthequeensllc@gmail.com within 7 days in order to qualify for exchange after item has been examined. Customer will be notified via email, If your exchange is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package will be emailed. Damaged/Defective Items sent back to us without notification will not be accepted.
